Tenafly Nature Center is a non-profit, independent, member-supported nature preserve located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Since 1961, TNC has nurtured an appreciation for nature, been a leader in open-space preservation and environmental education for our community and beyond. Our mission is the stewardship of nearly 400 wooded acres for the purposes of conservation, education, recreation, and community engagement. Barnstable Land Trust is a non-profit, member-supported conservation and land preservation organization. We acquire open space to protect the natural resources of the Town of Barnstable. BLT holds wildlife habitat, scenic views, wetlands, woodlands, sensitive watershed parcels, forest and other valuable open space in its natural state for the benefit of the community. Founded in 1983, BLT provides a private alternative for land preservation. As of May 2017, BLT has completed 156 land-saving initiatives and preserved 1,082 acres.

GWRLT pursues this mission by holding property and conservation easements where these values are present and by promoting the need and importance of conservation through education and other related activities.
