SeaTrees protects and restores coastal ecosystems to protect ocean health and fight climate change. The organization works with communities around the world to plant and protect mangrove and kelp forests, seagrass meadows, coral reefs, and coastal watersheds. The regeneration and protection of these ecosystems provide critical habitat for countless species, sustainable long-term employment for local communities, and protect communities from storm surges and sea-level rise.

Oceana, the world's largest international organization focused exclusively on ocean conservation, was founded in 2001 by a group of leading foundations concerned that although the oceans constitute over 70 percent of the earth's surface, an extremely small percentage of environmental funding was dedicated to protecting them.  Oceana's campaigns are designed to change that by forcing clear, identifiable policy changes with real "in the water" results, usually in three to five years. Our international campaigns in North America, Europe, Chile, and Belize are focused on the actions agreed on by scientists throughout the world as necessary to preserve and restore marine life: Protect seafloor habitat from destructive bottom trawling; Set and enforce reasonable catch limits for commercial fishing; Stop subsidizing overcapacity in commercial fishing fleets; Stop marine pollution, particularly carbon dioxide emissions that are making the oceans more acidic; Oceana sets annual goals toward achieving specific changes and holds itself strictly accountable to its Board, funders, and supporters.  Since inception, Oceana has achieved dramatic success in protecting the world's oceans in targeted, practical ways.

Founded by a group of renowned conservation scientists together with Leonardo DiCaprio, Re:wild is a force multiplier that brings together Indigenous peoples, local communities, influential leaders, nongovernmental organizations, governments, companies and the public to protect and rewild at the scale and speed we need.

Miami Waterkeeper (MWK, formerly Biscayne Bay Waterkeeper) is a Miami-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that advocates for South Florida's watershed and wildlife. Our goal is to educate locals and visitors about the vital role of clean water in Miami's clean water economy, and to empower them to take an active role in community decision making. We hope to ensure a clean and vibrant, water-based coastal culture and ecosystem for generations to come. We are a member of the Waterkeeper Alliance, an internationally recognized, citizen-led alliance working for clean water around the world. Launched in 2011, MWK is the first Waterkeeper in South Florida and the only advocacy organization solely dedicated to protecting Biscayne Bay and its surrounding watershed.

This network of 60 projects shares central resources and benefits from the synergetic exchange of experience, ideas, and energy. EII has been widely recognized for its unique organizational model that "reduces, reuses, and recycles" resources, freeing individual projects to communicate with their constituencies and to respond quickly to evolving environmental and social justice challenges. Earth Island continues its pursuit of David Brower's ideal of Global CPR -- conservation, preservation, and restoration for planet Earth.

Greenpeace Fund, Inc.'s mission is to halt environmental destruction and to promote solutions for future generations though public education, grassroots lobbying and grants to other environmental organizations. Also known as Greenpeace USA.

Riverkeeper protects and restores the Hudson River from source to sea and safeguards drinking water supplies, through advocacy rooted in community partnerships, science and law.
