Mission and Vision:John Muir Land Trust protects and cares for open space, ranches, farms, parkland and shoreline in the East Bay of Northern California.John Muir Land Trust believes that the vitality of our open spaces is essential to the health of our earth, air, water and our native plants and animals -- and all of us. Our vision is to ensure that the beauty, diversity and fullness of our natural areas continue to enrich and sustain all generations of life. We acquire, protect and steward these diminishing lands, and we foster environmental awareness so that each person understands the need to preserve our natural heritage.

To provide schools with the tools, training and ongoing support they need to create a “culture of conservation” and natural resource stewardship within their community.

Since 1970, CEC has incubated and innovated real life environmental solutions that directly affect the California Central Coast. Our current work advances rapid and equitable solutions to the climate crisis – including ambitious zero carbon goals, drawdown of excess carbon, and protection against the impacts of climate change. The California State Parks Foundation is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to protecting, enhancing and advocating for California’s 280 state parks.

PRKN’s mission is to protect the right to clean water for all communities and all those who live in and rely upon the Potomac and Shenandoah watersheds by stopping pollution, making drinking water safe, protecting healthy river habitats, and enhancing use and enjoyment for all.

Our mission is to involve and educate the public about the estuary’s water quality and the importance of shellfish. We believe that by involving the public in the care, feeding, and life cycles of the shellfish they will better understand what an integral role shellfish have in our lives.ReClam the Bay is a local, non-profit environmental organization that promotes environmental involvement and education in a constructive and helpful way. Together we grow and maintain millions of baby clams and oysters in the Barnegat Bay Watershed which includes Barnegat Bay, Manahawkin Bay and Little Egg Harbor bay

​Cascadia Wild is a Portland-based non-profit (501)(c)(3) organization whose mission is to connect people with the natural world. It started 1998, as a group of people joined together because they wanted to share their knowledge of the natural world with others. Since that time we have been able to offer many nature education programs to schools and independent groups, develop a partnership with the Mt Hood National Forest to spearhead rare carnivore monitoring efforts via the Wolverine Tracking Project, and mentor thousands of people in animal tracking, wild edible plants, and many other naturalist skills.

The Regional Parks Foundation supports the East Bay Regional Park District through fundraising to provide universal access, environmental stewardship, educational and recreational programs and the acquisition of parklands.At the Regional Parks Foundation we believe connections with nature are critical for leading a healthy, balanced life. STEEP ROCK ASSOCIATION IS A NATIONALLY ACCREDITED LAND TRUST WHOSE MISSION IS TO CONSERVE ECOLOGICALLY AND HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT LANDSCAPES AND RIPARIAN CORRIDORS IN AND AROUND WASHINGTON, CT, AND TO ENHANCE THE COMMUNITY'S CONNECTION TO NATURE THROUGH OUTREACH, EDUCATION, AND PASSIVE RECREATION.
