The Evidence and Methods Lab is driven by the mission of "Simplifying Data for Empowerment." Data has immense potential to drive positive change, but only if it's accessible and understandable to all. At EML, we act as a bridge, transforming complex datasets and research across key sectors (public accountability and anti-corruption, human rights, election conflict and violence prevention, and climate change) into clear and engaging formats like visualizations and reports. We foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by equipping individuals and organizations with the skills to interpret and utilize data effectively. This approach enhances transparency, promotes informed decision-making, and empowers communities to advocate for their rights, address social injustices, and push for meaningful change in these critical areas.

SANASH WELFARE FOUNDATION is an organization; which is neutral, independent Charitable Organization ; its goal is to "ensure the ability of the Earth to nurture life in all its diversity" and focuses its campaigning on issues without any limits to political affiliations, race, gender, religion or ethnicity; such as deprived Humanity & their sufferings from basic needs, protection of eco-system, adverse environmental effects, poverty, adverse inflation, emergency crises etc. It uses direct action, capacity building, advocacy and research to achieve its goals. Good governance ensures accountability, fairness, and transparency throughout our social, governmental, and business systems. On the African continent, women are underrepresented at every level in the workplace, especially in senior leadership roles. According to the UN, this type of unequal treatment of women in the workplace has cost Sub-Saharan Africa approximately $105bn and has significant implications on the utilization of the continents full human capital potential and achievement of its development goals. The Boardroom Africa was borne out of these realities. We champion female leadership on a pan-African level by building a network of women leaders who collectively dispel the myth that there aren't enough qualified women to support the growth of the continent. We help build role models at the top to change the way organizations are led through our educational content. We offer a board training program for women across the continent and to date, we've trained 64+ women. We also have built a community of over 1,000 women on the continent leading change and deliver open webinars, trainings, and meetups to upskill this network. Finally, we've conducted publicly released research on 13 African countries to assess the gender gap in their companies. We want to shift the demand by ensuring society realizes the benefits of increased female participation in leadership, and create an ecosystem of women who can go into the world and inspire others.

To address aspiring unbanked entrepreneurs and contribute to no poverty globally, we introduced a groundbreaking new business model: the first-ever pay-it-forward community microloan, merging charity and microfinance. We secure donations from the Global North, which are then transformed into microloans in the Global South. As businesses thrive, loans are paid forward to new entrepreneurs in the same community, creating a sustainable ripple effect of new initiatives and independent local financial structures.

Curtin Child Learning (CLICCS) exists to uplift the lives of peasantry Children in rural of Sembabule District do this through provision of basic Inclusive Education with emphasis of nursery section (Early hood) or commonly known as kindergarten that nurture children to join, mainstream Primary section. This forms a basis for us to fight high levels of illiteracy, low levels of numeracy among rural Children, where over 7/ 10 Pupils cant read and interpret a Primary Two English story. We also endevour to eradicate child labor , Teenage Pregnancy , Gender disparity, and Violence against Children in all forms, provide employment opportunities to youth at risk who required skills to serve our school in various Capacities. Our School also offers the feeding program to nursery pupils and others who come form abject poverty environment/ homes to give a chance to thrive at our school. We also agents of climate change and environmental Protection where over 10 acres of eucalyptus trees have been planted as a school and over 70 by school community members. We also sensitize our School children not burn any plastic material or ploy hen bags but collect them and promote recycling so avert adverse effects on our health by burning materials. Additionally, We offer Positive Youth development training to our Pupils in four thematic areas of;, Competence, Confidence , Connection Character, Compassion with major goal to ensure they able to contribute to the society they live and Uganda at large. This is done co curricular activities, leadership training among others.
