CARITAS AUSTRIA is an internationally operating non-profit organisation (donations are tax-deductible Reg. Nr. SO1126; equivalent 501(c)(3) US organization) under the mission of the Austrian Catholic church and pursues solely and directly charitable and benevolent objectives. CARITAS AUSTRIA relief work addresses the needy in their entirety, taking also into consideration their physical, psychological and spiritual-religious backgrounds. CARITAS AUSTRIA commits itself to providing assistance to people in need which is done without regard to creed, ethnicity or ideology of those seeking help. In its operations CARITAS AUSTRIA is guided by respect for the dignity and self-determination of the people it serves. There are more than 1,000 places throughout Austria where CARITAS AUSTRIA helps people in need. In the areas of caregiving, supporting people with disabilities, hospices, in the social counseling centers, on assignment for families in need or for older people who cannot afford heating. CARITAS AUSTRIA - this comprises its fulltime staff, but above all, also the roughly 50.000 volunteers and each and every one of you who supports our work. CARITAS AUSTRIA's main activities are aiming at social support and advocacy for those in need. These activities are taking place in Austria and abroad, whereas the main focus is lying on national work in Austria. Inside and outside of Austria, CARITAS AUSTRIA always aims at addressing the basic needs of the vulnerable taking also into consideration their social and cultural background.

Established in 1981, the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) is one of the world's largest environmental education organisations, with over 100 member organisations in 81 countries. At the heart of the FEE are our five programmes. Coordinated by the Head Office in Copenhagen and implemented by our members around the world, our programmes aim to bring positive change on a global scale: The internationally recognized Eco-Schools programme engages young people in quality environmental education and meaningful action. Through a seven-step framework, pupils are empowered and motivated to drive change and improve environmental awareness in their school, local community and beyond. Close to 50,000 schools around the world are part of the Eco-Schools programme. Learning about Forests (LEAF) advocates for outdoor learning and hands-on experiences, allowing students to connect with nature and develop a deeper understanding of the natural world. While the LEAF programme started with a focus on tree-based ecosystems, today it includes a diversity of ecosystems to foster skills and knowledge by exposing learners to outdoor experiences. LEAF is implemented in 28 countries. Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) is an award-winning programme that empowers young people to take an educated stand on environmental issues they feel strongly about and gives them a platform to articulate these issues through the media of writing, photography and video. Over 300,000 students engage in the YRE programme yearly. The iconic Blue Flag programme is one of the world's most recognized eco-tourism awards for beaches, marinas, and tourist boat operators. In order to qualify for the Blue Flag, a series of stringent environmental, educational, safety, and accessibility criteria must be met and maintained. Over 5,000 beaches, marinas and tourism boats are currently awarded. Green Key is a voluntary eco-certification programme. With more than 4,000 certified hotels and other establishments in 60 countries, Green Key is the leading standard for excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism and hospitality industry. With 40 years of impactful experience in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), FEE's strategic plan - GAIA 20:30 - prioritises climate action across all five programmes to address the urgent threats of climate change, biodiversity loss and environmental pollution. FEE's Environmental Education Principles The member organisations of FEE have agreed upon these principles to guide our work towards excellence in EE/ESD: 1. Ensure that participants are engaged in the learning/teaching process. 2. Encourage participants to make reasonable decisions and actions on real life sustainability issues. 3. Encourage participants to work together actively and involve their communities in collaborative solutions. 4. Support participants to examine their assumptions, knowledge, and experiences, in order to develop critical thinking and to be open to change. 5. Encourage participants to be aware of cultural practices as an integral part of sustainability issues. 6. Encourage participants to share inspirational stories of their achievements, failures, and values, to learn from them and to support each other. 7. Fundacion Mozambique Sur is a development NGO created in 2005 by a group of Spanish professionals, whose mission is to accompany 35,000 rural people in southern Mozambique in a process of transformation to eradicate poverty.

RES NON VERBA ASOCIACION CIVIL (known as Civic House) is an international nonprofit organization that provides a space for creation and collaboration to boost and integrate high-impact civic innovation initiatives, promoting and supporting their sustainability. Civic House aims to gather a community of initiatives that use technology for social change, striving to make the Latin American region more equitable. Within Civic House, there are several initiatives as shown on its website, https://www.civic.house/en. All these initiatives share the same legal personality, as Civic House provides legal, accounting, and administrative support, allowing the initiatives to focus solely on impact. The grant we are applying for, in partnership with 3M under their 3M Impact Post-Project Support, is related to the Ada ITW initiative. Since 2017, Ada ITW has been committed to reducing the gender gap in the tech world by providing technology training to women and assisting them in their job integration process. Over the past seven years, we have trained more than 30,000 women, nearly 60% of whom are now employed in the IT sector. We offer a range of courses and bootcamps in technology, along with payment ease programs and full scholarships for women and femininities who cannot afford these courses. We collaborate closely with hundreds of social organizations in the region to facilitate job placement. As our training is delivered virtually, our reach is regional, only limited by language barriers. I would also like to note that the financial statements and legal documentation we will present belong to Civic House (RES NON VERBA), while the annual budget we will share pertains to Ada ITW internally.

Paz con Dignidad is a non-profit organization working in the field of solidarity, human rights, and development cooperation, aiming to influence social awareness to contribute to the creation of fair and supportive international relations and the fulfillment of Human Rights. It seeks to promote comprehensive, equitable, and sustainable human development both in the so-called Northern countries and in impoverished ones. It supports processes of social transformation in Southern countries through cooperation projects that incorporate social awareness, development education, and a gender perspective as working elements. The association promotes training, awareness, and advocacy activities for Human Rights and publishes informative materials, books, publications, and online resources. It drives research on the economic, environmental, social, and human rights impacts caused by the presence and activities of multinational corporations in Latin America (OMAL) and promotes critical and plural debate on different realities through initiatives such as Pueblos - Magazine of Information and Debate. It participates in various social forums as well as active spaces for the defense of public services and the abolition of external debt. Paz con Dignidad participates in solidarity networks and political advocacy alongside social collectives and NGOs, especially those that support peace processes in Palestine and Colombia.

United Way Spain seeks to improve lives of the most vulnerable by mobilizing the caring power of Spanish communities to advance the common good. We work mainly, but not only, in three areas. HEALTH, EDUCATION and EMPLOYABILITY (the basis of economic stability) are the three main indicators of human progress according to the UN and the three areas on which our activity is focused. In Spain there are problems which giving a solution in the present will be crucial to build a better future for everyone. These problems often stem from a precarious social cohesion that has very specific faces. We combat local problems: Energy poverty, child obesity, the loneliness of the elderly, the inequalities caused by climate change, school dropout rates (of which Spain and Italy are at the forefront in Europe), the lack of references for young people, the digital divide, gender inequality, barriers to accessing the labor market The issues we address are multiple and changing, each community has its specific difficulties. Joining forces is the most effective response to combat them. We provide specific solutions: United Way Spain develops social impact projects and connects those who can carry them out in each community. We design and coordinate solutions adapted to specific needs: food distribution, support for the elderly, promotion of healthy habits, school support, STEM education, access to employment, technological training, financial and environmental education, fundraising for urgent crises, support for families in paying for supplies, promotion of social involvement and a long etcetera.

The mission of Associacio Luis and Max Soccer Academy (LAMSA) is to use football as a tool to improve the lives of children in the Buduburam refugee camp in Ghana, fostering both their sporting and personal development. Their core objectives include: Improving life quality for children in the community, focusing on those facing extreme poverty and lack of basic resources. Building a strong and sustainable community of young leaders committed to the development of their country. Promoting values such as humility, teamwork, respect, transparency, inclusion, perseverance, and effort through sport. Providing essential services, including health care, education, nutrition, and accommodation for their players and community members. LAMSA aims to create an inclusive environment where boys and girls have equal opportunities to thrive, both on and off the field, empowering them to become leaders in their community.

Bringing access to knowledge where it's most needed Since 2007, Bibliotheques Sans Frontieres (Libraries Without Borders) has worked to bring knowledge and information to people in need. We provide access and resources that connect people to books and digital resources, expanding the reach of libraries, training facilitators in post-emergency situations, and addressing the needs of under-resourced communities. From laundromats in Oakland, California, to refugee camps in Bangladesh, we bring tools to reduce inequality of access to information and knowledge.

The Cazarettos Association is a non-profit organization that, through Joelette mountain chairs and the directional bar, engages in adaptive sports and accessible hiking trips. It is primarily dedicated to enabling people with functional diversity to access natural environments and participate in inclusive sports. These are some of the association's activities, as it also has a section focused on spreading awareness about our work so that inclusion becomes part of education in schools, high schools, associations, etc. A large part of the funds raised is also allocated to research on rare diseases. These activities are carried out by volunteer members who selflessly dedicate their time to promoting inclusion in natural environments for people with functional diversity. Our organization is a community-based, non-profit organization. The Extreme Challenges we undertake are always for a charitable cause.
