American Friends of Maru a Pula, Inc., or AFMAP, serves as a support organization for MAP in this country. American "friends" include past MAP teachers, students, former workers in Botswana and others interested in encouraging fine education in southern Africa. Founded in 1972, Maru-a-Pula is an independent, non-profit secondary school established as a non-racial institution rooted in Botswana. Maru-a-Pula offers a rigorous curriculum that prepares students for entry to highly selective universities and to pursue challenging careers. Through programs emphasizing self-discipline and community service, each student learns personal and social responsibility. Maru-a-Pula encourages its students to exercise leadership that is compassionate, democratic and tolerant.

The mission of AIM is to: Provide extraordinary educational opportunities to children with language-based learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, utilizing research-based intervention strategies and an arts-based learning environment that is college preparatory in scope and sequence. Develop a center for educational excellence and professional development to disseminate best practices to educators by providing access to the latest research-based curriculum, technology, and training.

Since our founding in 2006, our mission has been the same: Leveling the Playing Field for young refugees. Through a commitment to education and high expectations, both in the classroom and on the pitch, we’ve impacted the lives of hundreds of refugee families. With humble beginnings as an after-school soccer program, we have grown to encompass multiple campuses in two states. Our model is unique: Our students, 100% refugee and ranging from 6th through 12th grade, receive full scholarships to attend Fugees Academies. With the backing of thousands of individuals and businesses our students are given all the tools they need to find success in their new homes, preventing the cycle of poverty from beginning again.

FFLV USA is a US charity dedicated to raising awareness, funds and coordinating support for Food For Life Vrindavan (FFLV). FFLV is dedicated to serving the poorest of the poor residents of Vrindavan and the Raj region of Uttar Pradesh, India. - particularly girls and women - by providing comprehensive, essential human services which empower them to pursue fulfilling lives and become exemplary members of society and by protecting the natural environment in which they live.

The Broken Arrow Band Booster Club is comprised of hundreds of dedicated and talented adults who work toward a common goal of providing life-changing experiences for their children. The Broken Arrow Band Program with the assistance of the Band Booster Club annually hosts world-class events to support the program. The Broken Arrow bands enjoy rich traditions and great support from parents, school administrators and the community. Each student, instructor and parent volunteer in the organization understands that they are but temporary stewards of the program and as such, they must diligently protect what has been entrusted to them. They firmly believe it is the journey that make the difference and the growth attained through the process is more important that any product that may result.

Marquette University High School is a Catholic, Jesuit, urban, college-preparatory school for young men.

Chicago Jesuit Academy (CJA) is a full-scholarship lower and middle school for young men from modest economic backgrounds who could not otherwise access a well-resourced, faith-based college prep education in the Catholic tradition. We support and advocate for CJA students and alumni as well as other children of modest means as they progress to and through college prep high schools, post-secondary education and the transition to meaningful careers and citizenship. CJA invites students to become persons for others who aspire to be open to growth, loving, intellectually competent, religious and committed to doing justice.

CompUDopt was founded in 2007 with the belief that every child deserves equal access to education and opportunity. We realized that the life cycle of a computer in a corporate environment is typically less than three years. Usually sent to landfill or shelved, these lightly used tools can become a dream come true for a young learner ready to broaden their skills and knowledge, as well as an opportunity to demonstrate good environmental stewardship by our partner organizations. Our programs serve to eliminate limited access to computers by placing them directly in the homes of applicants, as well as fostering and supporting education for the youth of Texas. Each of our programs facilitates growth in technical and digital literacy skills, which are increasingly essential for success in education. In addition, students gain an understanding of the importance of education and the breadth of the impact technology has across industries including science, engineering, and many others.
