The Banner School is a co-educational, independent school composed of a preschool (3- and 4-year-olds), primary school (kindergarten-4th grade), and a middle school for grades 5-8. Founded in 2007, Pachamama's Path supports the Kusi Kawsay Association in sustaining traditional culture by working together for the protection, promotion and cultivation of Andean culture. Kusi Kawsay Andean School is an indigenous-led school dedicated to providing access to a dignified education to vulnerable, at risk and economically challenged Andean children and youth from Pisac and the surrounding communities. Kusi Kawsay is a bilingual (Quechua and Spanish) school that teaches Andean Legacy classes and draws its pedagogic inspiration from Waldorf elements.

July 2009, Cornerstone expanded its educational model to the public school sector with the acquisition of two public school charters, Washington-Parks Academy and Lincoln-King Academy.
