Room to Read seeks to transform the lives of millions of children in developing countries by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education. Working in collaboration with local communities, partner organizations and governments, they develop literacy skills and a habit of reading among primary school children, and support girls to complete secondary school with the relevant life skills to succeed in school and beyond. Room to Read focuses on two critical areas of educational development where they believe they can have the greatest impact: literacy and gender equality in education. Under these two initiatives, Room to Read implements five core programmes: School Libraries, Book Publishing, School Construction, Reading and Writing Instruction, and Girls' Education.

Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry. Poor nutrition can result in a weaker immune system, increased hospitalization, lower IQ, shorter attention spans, and lower academic achievement. 69% of children in America are on free or reduced meals at their schools. Blessings in a Backpack is designed to feed these kids on the weekends by sending them home on Fridays with backpacks filled with staples that require little to no preparation. Starting at just $100, Blessings in a Backpack can feed a child for an entire school year. Since 2009, Blessings in a Backpack has provided 23.5 million hunger-free weekends for more than 838,000 children nationwide.

The mission of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) is to honor and preserve the legacy of service and educate all generations about the impact of the Vietnam War. Based in Arlington, Virginia, VVMF is the nonprofit organization authorized by the U.S. Congress in 1980 to build a national memorial dedicated to all who served with the U.S. armed forces in the Vietnam War. Incorporated on April 27, 1979 by a group of veterans led by Jan C. Scruggs, the organization sought a tangible symbol of recognition from the American people for those who served in the war. The result was the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (commonly referred to as The Wall), which has become one of the most visited memorials in Washington, D.C. with an estimated 5.6 million annual visitors.

The Hip Hop Museum's mission is to teach, engage and inspire audiences around the world through the creativity and power of Hip Hop Culture. The THHM carries out its mission by giving voice to the stories of the people, events and artifacts that shaped the five elements of Hip Hop — through digital collections, virtual exhibits, interviews, pop-up experiences, award shows, and a wide array of innovative educational programs and activities, bringing new understanding, fresh interpretation and scholarship to the world's most popular culture of our time. The Dream Builders Project is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in Los Angeles, California in October 2013. Since its beginning, The Dream Builders Project has had one goal in mind: to make a positive difference on the community and the world at large. As a “charity for charities,” The Dream Builders Project is not bound to any particular group or cause. This allows the DBP to join forces with many great and sometimes overlooked charities and nonprofits to make the most profound impact. Some of the main causes The DBP focuses on include homelessness, child abuse and neglect, education, fighting human trafficking, and improving living standards in orphanages across the world. The DBP is dedicated to making the biggest impact per dollar. By doing extensive research and having a vetting system in place, the DBP is able to ensure that all donations and volunteer efforts are spent in the most impactful and productive way possible.
