The mission of the ACCE Institute is to improve the lives of low income and working families in California by carrying out and supporting work that fosters community improvement and civic participation. The ACCE Institute conducts research on critical issues of concern to low- and moderate-income communities, educates the public and policy-makers about these issues, and provides capacity-building trainings to individuals and organizations. The Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW) is a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to the enhancement and enrichment of leadership skills for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women through education, networking, and mentorship. For over 20 years, CAPAW has provided a variety of professional development programs – from intensive training institutes to national leadership summits to one day regional seminars and workshops – to address the specific needs of AAPI women across the country. CAPAW’s vision is to develop ethical and compassionate AAPI women to take on leadership roles in the private and public sectors.

Devoted in all its work to respecting the life and dignity of all persons, born and unborn, MLI provides training, resources, and advocacy that help advance maternal and family health in Africa, Haiti, and beyond.

State Voices is committed to creating a fair and just society by advancing racial equity and working to make our democracy more accessible, inclusive, and representative. The State Voices Affiliated Network is a nonpartisan infrastructure of permanent state-based coalitions called “State Tables,” advocates, and organizers fighting for a healthy democracy and political power which includes Black, Indigenous, Latinx, AAPI people, and all people of color (BIPOC). The work we do is guided by a simple mission: using data and technology, people-powered campaigns, and coalitions to collectively build a multiracial democracy that allows everyone to thrive and live in their full dignity.
