Forty years ago, two dedicated women from the Maple Park United Methodist Church began a small food pantry, collecting food in a barrel to feed 40 families. Today, our food pantry has grown from this generosity, impacting our community and the City of Chicago.

Life Is Work, is a Black and; Brown Trans-led social service organization. They look to stimulate better focusing of all available Local, State, Private and Federal Resources to enable low-income families and low-income individuals of all ages in rural and urban areas, to attain the skills, knowledge, motivation, and opportunities needed for them to become self-sufficient.

GWENS strives to empower and support all women but primarily women in crisis. We host fundraising events to raise both funds and awareness while we network and socialize with each other -- in an all female setting -- where we can focus on our unique needs.

PROVIDE INFORMATION AND EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND OFFICES TO COMBAT THE NATIONAL DRUG CRISIS CREATED BY THE ILLEGAL IMPORTATION OF FENTANYL ITS USE IN ILLEGAL STREET DRUGS AS WELL AS SUPPORT FOR TREATMENT AND RECOVERY OF DRUG ADDICTED PERSONS .

The vision is to have self-sustaining Christian Schools that can take on a percentage of orphans on a pro bono basis. This will be accomplished through demonstrating to churches in rural areas the methods God has used in establishing Kids Hope School in Ganta. “Pure and undefiled religion before our God and Father is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself unstained by the world.” James 1:27

We integrate academics into a curriculum rich in arts, music, language, and play, empowering children to discover their unique, unlimited potential and grow as a creative, compassionate community.

The We Uplift The World Foundation mission is to create sustainable, positive change in the world through art, technology, entertainment, and education.We collaborate with artists, educators, entrepreneurs, humanitarians and companies that share our vision in creating abundant growth opportunities for underserved youth through fun, engaging, and accessible educational projects. Our dynamic art & entrepreneurship programs, such as eARTh mobile filmmaking, STARZ Entrepreneurship Accelerator, and our professional internship programs are designed to introduce students to the creator economy and teach sustainable ways for them to grow. Our mission is to empower students with applicable information and great experiences to help them cultivate and monetize their talents abundatly. ​​

TIMELESS TELLICO FOUNDATION (TTF) IS A NON-PROFIT 501C3 CORPORATION CREATED TO FUND NEW AND ENHANCE EXISTING RECREATION AND AMENITY FACILITIES, PROGRAMS,EQUIPMENT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PRIVATE AND CORPORATE DONORS, AND THE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GREATER TELLICO VILLAGE COMMUNITY.

THE ORGANIZATION TEACHES CHILDREN WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF THE WOOD RIVER VALLEY THE GAME OF BASEBALL, THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTMANSHIP, HONESTY, LOYALTY, COURAGE, AND RESPECT FOR AUTHORITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO TEACHES THE PARTICIPANTS TO ACT AS AMBASSADORS TO THEIR SPORT AND CONTIUNE IMPROVING THEIR SKILLS TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND/OR BECOME LIFELONG PLAYERS. THESE ACTIVITES TAKE PLACE IN THE SPRING AND SUMMER AND ARE FUNDED THROUGH MEMBER FEES, CONCESSION SALES, HOSTING HOME TOURNAMENTS, FUNDRAISING AND DONATIONS.

Our mission is to promote and make accessible science, arts and music and everything at the interface . We provide a global visual and performing arts platform to disabled artists, feature cross-culture concerts and dances and curate programs at the interface of arts and sciences.
