The General Movement of Boy Scout and Girl Guide of is the national Scouting organization of Libya, independent organization. It was founded in 1954 and became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1958 and of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 198. The General Movement of Scouts and Guides of Libya is a social, educational, voluntary movement concerned with the comprehensive education of young people, then of different genders, as a basis for developing their skills and refining their talents, in a better organized way that takes advantage of their talents. Most of them are implemented in the open air, where youth are launched without scope.
