Local leadership is essential for the continuity and success of our initiatives. This process is executed using psychopedagogical techniques applied in happiness classes, based on the "Theory of Happiness" by Tal Ben-Shahar, PhD. This theory seeks to understand and promote happiness and well-being. Individuals who experience higher levels of happiness tend to reap positive outcomes in various areas of their lives. The presence of positive emotions such as joy, gratitude, and contentment are encouraged during the application of this methodology, along with the strengthening of emotional resilience and the ability to cope with challenges. Happy individuals enjoy healthier and more satisfying interpersonal relationships, cultivating meaningful bonds. Food plays a critical role in the educational process. Proper nutrition is fundamental to the physical and cognitive development of children. Our program ensures that children receive nutritious meals, which support their concentration, memory, and overall academic performance. By providing regular, healthy meals, we create an environment where children can thrive, both in and out of the classroom. This focus on nutrition helps to reduce absenteeism and improve engagement, leading to better educational outcomes. Pedagogically, we use educational, socio-emotional, sports, cultural, environmental workshops, and other extracurricular activities to stimulate social participation of the attendees, developing their potential, self-esteem, and critical thinking regarding their social space and self-sustainability methods. This approach aims to enable them to act as multipliers of a transformation process within their community and other environments they join.
