Omnis Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring communities in crises by establishing health and education programs founded on social responsibility. Our goal is to provide resources necessary for sustainable growth. We believe that the best way to unlock one’s potential is through creating an environment that encourages progress. We started our work in Ukraine to address the immediate humanitarian needs of the families and children affected by unrest in the eastern part of the country. Our short-term initiatives focused on supplying emergency medical aid and organizing educational workshops for physicians to set higher standards for the treatment of the wounded. Our long-term initiatives include projects that provide underprivileged children and youth with access to better education and empower them to realize their full potential. As Omnis Foundation continues to grow and establish itself, we are partnering with the global community to develop and implement programs that help societies overcome challenges they face today. We aspire to equip people with necessary supplies and skills, which will prepare them to take on future adversities that current social, political and economic climates might bring.

The Justice & Diversity Center (JDC) of the Bar Association of San Francisco advances fairness and equality by providing pro bono legal services to low-income people and educational programs that foster diversity in the legal profession.

Blue Alert Foundation serves and protects the law enforcement community by providing assistance to the families of fallen officers and advocating for the passage of a Blue Alert law in each state. When enacted, the law facilitates the apprehension of offenders who kill or seriously injure law enforcement officers by issuing a statewide alert to the public via media and governmental notification outlets of known details and descriptions of the offender.Blue Alert Foundation is a non-profit organization that has three very distinct charitable initiatives that we are performing.

Raining Hope raises and distributes funds in order to provide food, clothing, shelter, healthcare and education for children & families in need in Uganda. But the children of Raining Hope have been rescued from that life and given an opportunity to become, well-loved, well-trained, well-educated servants of God. They are focused students who are thankful for the opportunity to get a good education. They are joy-filled followers of Jesus who take seriously the opportunity to impact others' lives for God. They are worshipers who live for God's glory. They are servants, who take nothing for granted & are passionate about sharing God's love with others, in tangible ways. HERHealthEQ is driving health equity by providing medical devices and equipment to developing countries for women's health issues. HERHealthEQ's vision is a world where healthcare, medical devices, and equipment are accessible to all women, equally. Women are the cornerstone of the family unit. When a woman becomes ill and does not receive the care she needs, the entire family unit is at greater risk of remaining in a cycle of poverty. We focus on providing equipment involved in the treatment of the top non-communicable diseases (NCDs) that affect the developing world which include cancers affecting women, maternal health, diabetes, and heart disease.

First, to offer a comprehensive and inclusive program where each child entrusted to our care is given the opportunity and support necessary to reach his or her full potential in a safe, stable, and loving environment. Second, to share our expertise and experience with the Haitian community and other organizations throughout Haiti that provide care for vulnerable and disabled children by actively supporting the development of high quality programs and services, providing technical assistance when needed, and offering support to the families of children with disabilities.
