The Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre is a teaching museum and a leader in Holocaust education in British Columbia, reaching over 25,000 students annually. It produces acclaimed exhibits, innovative school programs and teaching materials, including online exhibits. The VHEC presents numerous public cultural and commemorative events. It publishes a quarterly newsletter and Holocaust-related books. The VHEC maintains a museum collection and archives, survivor testimony project, as well as a library and resource centre.

Emphasis is placed on personal discovery through discipleship rather than on academic achievement. A second year of studies in our Leadership Training Programme focuses on learning leadership by influence, not merely by position. CONFERENCES & RETREATS (Mar, May-Aug): The 7 summer Holiday Bible Weeks provide a week of in-depth, practical Bible study combined with opportunities for lots of recreational fun and fellowship. The Men's, Ladies' and Mid-Summer Breakaway conferences are also designed for Bible teaching devoted to deeper spiritual learning and practice. In our Outdoor Ed programmes the mind, body, and spirit will be challenged in order to learn timeless and relevant "life principles". Retreat packages are available for seniors, churches, families and all groups seeking fellowship and refreshment.

Dunblaine is a non-profit elementary school for students who have been diagnosed as learning disabled. It is located in North Toronto and was founded in 1969.

We offer unique sail-training adventures for teens aged 12-18, delivered aboard our two Tall Ships, STV Pathfinder and TS Playfair. Teens who have a strong affinity for our program continue on in the winter session to gain further training, skills, and certification, working towards promotion into the officer core. These youth officers are then responsible for training the next group of youth who join us onboard for the regular summer programming the following year. This unique youth-to-youth chain of command helps our teens develop strong leadership skills while maintaining a level of professionalism and responsibility that is rarely earned at such a young age. This program builds character and develops leaders of tomorrow.

The Centre for Community Learning & Development (CCL&D), (formerly known as East End Literacy) was founded in 1979 as a community-based literacy organization serving downtown east Toronto. CCL&D is now a training and development organization that promotes increasing individual and collective resources as a strategy for building community capacity. CCL&D engages in training and learning activities, digital storytelling, leadership development, clear language & design, and community partnerships, as strategies for responding to community-based challenges. STRATEGIC PRIORITIES • Building high quality training/services relevant to today’s technologies. • Collaborating through partnerships to develop change-oriented leaders, develop individual skills, and build community. • Communicating the need for literacy and training and speaking out for clear language and design. • Building a strong organization.

The Toronto School of Theology (TST) is a consortium of seven Christian theological colleges, each fully accredited by the Association of Theological Schools, and each federated with the University of Toronto. Through the TST, these seven member colleges, together with its affiliated schools, share educational resources, agree on high common standards, collaborate in planning and administration, and maintain close bonds with the University of Toronto, in a common commitment to excellence in postgraduate theological education.

The Deaf Children's Society of BC (DCS) is a not-for-profit agency that provides resources, programs, support and information to families with deaf and hard of hearing children from birth to age five. Using a family-centred approach, the professionals at the Deaf Children's Society offer their expertise and guidance as families navigate through choices for speech, language, education and communication.

Trafalgar School for Girls, founded in 1887, is an independent school offering a secondary school education to girls. A small school of 210 students, our strength lies in our ability to truly get to know each girl and to allow her a variety of opportunities to build on her strengths and understand and cope with her weaknesses. Activities include the arts, athletics, special interest groups, and community service with student initiative and leadership being critical to the success of these programs. Bursaries are available due to the generosity of parents and alumnae.

Established and operated by the students of Trent University, Trent Radio is designed with the production of exceptional radio in mind. Trent Radio's programmers are by definition amateurs - that is, they do radio for the love of it. Trent Radio is an organisation where people are learning and creating together. Its aims and objectives include producer-oriented programming and broad community participation for the production of creative local radio which reflects and animates Peterborough area communities, and sends out a clear signal of Peterborough's vigour and vibrancy to the world beyond.

While our work is national and international in scope, Triune Arts is a charity of Ontario based members who discount or donate their professional services. We receive generous discounts and donations from suppliers to the film, theatre and video industry as well as grants from the public and private sectors. Income is generated through tuition from workshops and from distribution of film and video productions. As it heads into its thirtieth year of operation, Triune Arts continues to specialize in developing film, video, multimedia, music and theatre related projects and developing communications skills for professionals.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress UCC represents the Ukrainian Canadian community before the people and Government of Canada, promotes linkages with Ukraine and identifies and addresses the needs of the Ukrainian community in Canada to ensure its continued existence and development for the enhancement of Canada's socio-cultural fabric. Currently there are well over 1.2 million Canadians of Ukrainian background living in Canada. The Ukrainians first settled in Canada in the 1880’s and have developed strong communities in every region of Canada.
