Burnaby Hospital is a 300 bed, community based, acute care hospital caring for over 230,000 people every year. Our Emergency department is one of the busiest in the Province of BC and treats over 45,000 adults and 12,000 children annually.

Museum London preserves, interprets and shares the story of London and Londoners through the exhibition of art and artifacts and the presentation of cultural programs. Museum London has a rich tradition of being at the heart of the cultural community, connecting artists with audiences, the community with its heritage, and the past with the present and future. With an impressive permanent collection of more than 5,000 artworks and more than 25,000 historical artifacts, Museum London presents changing art and historical exhibitions complemented by tours, lectures, films, music and live performances. Museum London also offers studio programs for children and adults, as well as day camps and weekend art-making activities for families.

The Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton is launching a fundraising campaign to better serve the city's growing number of sexual assault survivors. We currently provide individual and group counselling services to child and adult survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault at no cost to clients. We also do community outreach and education, staff a 24 hour crisis line and provide specialized treatment services for new Canadians who have experienced war rape in their country of origin. GGC is the leadership organization for girls and women in Canada, with over 90,000 members from coast to coast to coast. The Actors' Fund of Canada is a registered charity that provides short-term financial aid to entertainment industry professionals working in theatre, film & TV, music and dance. Performers, creators, technical staff and other production team members can apply for help from the Fund which delivered over $460,000 in rent payments, grocery money, utility payments and other basic living expenses to clients in the last 12 months and over $4.5 million in the last 10 years. The Actors' Fund receives no government funding and is wholly sustained by support from individuals and entertainment industry organizations.

The Kingston Symphony Association consists of the Kingston Symphony, Kingston Choral Society, Kingston Youth Orchestra, Kingston Youth Strings, and Kingston Community Strings. Our ensembles are invaluable community resources for young and old, amateur through professional. We are also fortunate to have a 200-member Volunteer Committee who work on our behalf to raise funds for the operation of our organization.

The Friends of Algonquin Park was established in 1983 as a non profit registered charity. The Friends operate as a cooperating association under an agreement with the Ontario Parks to enhance the educational and interpretive programs in Algonquin Park. This is accomplished by developing and reprinting Park-related publications, and funding Park projects through the proceeds from sales at The Friends' two bookstores in the Park, private donations, and various fundraising efforts. The activities of The Friends of Algonquin are coordinated by a volunteer Board of Directors who reside in different parts of Ontario. Since its establishment, The Friends has grown to a membership of over 3000 people, and continues to attract support from around the world.
