Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s mission is to restore and preserve our marine life and environment. We accomplish our mission through leadership in education, research, and the rescue, rehabilitation, & release of marine life.

Vision: A world where wild cats thrive in healthy natural and developed landscapes that sustain people and biodiversity. Panthera is the only organization in the world that is devoted exclusively to the conservation of the world’s 38 wild cat species and their ecosystems. Utilizing the expertise of the world’s premier cat biologists, Panthera develops and implements global strategies for the most imperiled large cats: tigers, lions, jaguars, snow leopards, cheetahs, pumas, and leopards. Representing the most comprehensive effort of its kind, Panthera partners with local and international NGOs, scientific institutions, local communities, governments around the globe, and citizens who want to help ensure a future for wild cats. Panthera’s grants program, the Small Cat Action Fund (SCAF), additionally supports conservation and research initiatives on many of the 31 smaller wild cat species around the globe.

Animal Nation is a non-profit Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation Facility, Farm Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, and Domestic Animal Rescue & Adoption Center located in Westchester, NY & Norwalk, CT with a mission to eliminate cruelty to animals while spreading compassion into the hearts of all beings. For 20 years Animal Nation has been the go-to resource in Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield, and surrounding counties when it comes to wildlife, farm animals, and cats in need, receiving about 8,000 calls per-year.

Our mission is to build awareness and implement effective systems such that habitats and animals are protected. At International Animal Rescue we not only save animals from suffering, we also rehabilitate and release them back into the wild and work to protect their precious natural habitats. Our aim is to return animals to their natural environment wherever possible, but we also provide a permanent home for those that can no longer fend for themselves. As human populations expand, wildlife comes under increasing threat. By rescuing individual animals belonging to species like the orangutan and reintroducing them into protected areas in the wild, our work also plays a role in the conservation of the species as a whole.

Red Panda Network (RPN) is the world’s first nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting red pandas. We work with local communities in Nepal to serve as active partners in the conservation of wild red pandas and their habitat.

The International Wolf Center advances the survival of wolf populations by teaching about wolves, their relationship to wildlands and the human role in their future. Our response to controversies as they arise is to provide information that helps people to make their own informed decisions. We pledge to educate the public by offering the most up-to-date, accurate wolf information possible. We who want knowledge about wolves need clear, thoughtful presentation of the facts and issues involved. That is exactly what the International Wolf Center seeks to provide. The study of wolf survival continues to include the study of human tolerance. It is hard for people to tolerate or to respect what they are raised to fear. The wolf problem is a people problem. We need everyone's help to solve it.

Rare is the leading behavior change organization in conservation. We specialize in identifying proven locally-led solutions and work with partners and communities worldwide to bring these solutions to a regional and national scale. For over 45 years, through more than 450 behavior change campaigns across 60 countries, Rare has empowered over 10 million individuals to shift from resource users to environmental stewards. Our mission-Rare inspires change so people and nature thrive-is about motivating behavior change. Rare uses insights from behavioral science and design thinking to encourage individuals and their communities to adopt behaviors that benefit people and nature-and ensure that change lasts. Our programs are based on the cumulative power of individual action and the exponential power of those actions to inspire others. Rare trains local leaders to lead change, leaving a legacy of increased capacity and a sense of ownership, responsibility, and pride in conservation.

Our Mission is to protect bonobos (Pan paniscus), preserve their tropical rainforest habitat, and empower local communities in the Congo Basin. By working with local Congolese people through cooperative conservation and community development programs, and by shaping national and international policy, the Bonobo Conservation Initiative (BCI) is establishing new protected areas and leading efforts to safeguard bonobos wherever they are found. The Bonobo Peace Forest (BPF) is the guiding vision of BCI: a connected network of community-based reserves and conservation concessions, supported by sustainable development. The Peace Forest provides protection for bonobos and other species in the Congo rainforest, while at the same time ensuring a better life for the people who share this precious land.

Founded in 2002, The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks is the official philanthropic partner for Florida’s four national parks: Everglades, Biscayne, and Dry Tortugas National Parks, as well as Big Cypress National Preserve. Our organization strives to instill in all people an appreciation of Florida’s public lands and natural resources for what they are – the key to the sustainability and prosperity of the state. Through five focused pillars of support – education, exploration, preservation & protection, restoration, and community engagement – The Alliance’s work enriches the park experience and creates deeper connections between diverse communities and the nature that abounds in their “backyards.”

In this day and age of escalating animal regulation and financial insecurity more pet owners are having to contact an established rescue to relinquish their pet to. Thru educational outreach programs and advocacy we strive to find appropriate homes for the pet quality animals while providing a permanent sanctuary for the non-adoptable animals.
