Forever Home Canine Rescue is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, all-volunteer supported rescue for unwanted and homeless dogs. Small breed dogs are our specialty, but they do on occasion rescue other sizes of dogs. They do not have a shelter, and operate solely out of a network of foster homes. Their mission is to find loving "forever" homes for the deserving dogs in their care and to provide education regarding responsible pet ownership.
Great Lakes Bengal Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and finding permanent homes for Bengal and Bengal mix cats. Threy serve Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
Their priority is to save dogs from danger and euthanasia, ensure their well-being, and find them good homes. They are not breed-specific, and they do not pick or choose the dogs they rescue. As long as they have the needed space and funds, they rescue all dogs in need.
The Extra Mile Dog Rescue is a rescue dedicated to taking dogs that are not thriving in shelters, placing them in foster homes where they receive intensive training and behavior modification, and adopting them to loving homes. They do this to reduce the number of good but poorly mannered dogs being euthanized in Virginia.
Freedom Greyhound Rescue, Inc., is a 501c3 organization consisting of a group of dedicated, hard-working volunteers that share a love for greyhounds and a love for their community. Their passion and devotion has made it possible for this organization to be formed. Their vision is the help retired racing greyhounds reach their forever homes, taking them from the track, to house, to loving home. They are totally dedicated to giving back to the community that supports our efforts through education, awareness, and public involvement with their dogs.
Illinois Animal Rescue is a not-for-profit, no-kill animal rescue group. They are a coalition of rescuers, transporters, fosters, vets, humane societies, investigators and shelters that advocate for and save homeless animals throughout the state of Illinois while educating the general public on the humane treatment of animals and the need for comprehensive spay and neutering programs. Animals Can't Talk Rescue (ACT) is a 501c3 all volunteer organization. ACT hopes to help as many unwanted, lost and abused animals as they can. All are veterinarian checked, inoculated, treated (when necessary), spayed and neutered. Their main objective is to find them good homes.
