The Hamilton and Halton Alzheimer Foundation fundraises on behalf of the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton and Halton, and administers all funds raised. This Foundation and The Alzheimer Society of Hamilton and Halton are under the direction of a common volunteer Board of Directors. The Board works with the Society's staff and its community partners to achieve its fundraising objectives.
