The National ME/FM Action Network addresses issues that affect patients with these illnesses. For example: We spearheaded the drive for clinical definitions and diagnostic and treatment guidelines for ME/CFS and FMS, which were published in peer-reviewed medical journals. Overviews of these Canadian Consensus Documents have be sent to a few thousand doctors across Canada. Both the Consensus Documents and Overviews can be viewed on our website. We have intervened in a number of court case, which affect the patient community as a whole. Revenue Canada implimented our suggestions for revising the Disability Tax Credit form and procedure. We have developed a variety of educational resources for patients. And much more!
