Our Mission

Over 23 million in the USA have become newly disabled by the virus that causes COVID-19. Most are young adults between the ages of 18-54 yrs old. Anyone who gets infected with the virus or its proteins can develop the chronic multi-organ post viral syndrome. Long COVID disproportionately affects those who are financially disadvantaged, have limited access to health care resources: specialists, diagnostic tests, medications, immune supportive nutritional supplements and health monitors. Our mission is to scientifically research available vitamins, nutritional dietary supplements and nutraceuticals along with specific diet and lifestyle that are immune and system supportive along with our health equity programs to educate & advocate for recovery for all those disabled by Long COVID.

Maria was Bedbound. Bouncing between exhausted to just tired. Going to the bathroom was a Hurcelean task. Mucas plagued her lungs and made her asthma worse. Breathing was difficult. Nausea constantly plagued her. Until her Long Covid treatment. Now for the first time she went for a 2 mile walk with her husband. Now the sun feels good on her body. Her body ached before.

Our long hauler advocates are warriors. Despite illness they show up to help educate community and bring awareness to post viral chronic illness and the need for access to information, tools to support health recovery and access to medical providers and resources to help all those regardless of financial and food insecurity. We leverage the internet to help bring access to information, tools and medical providers to those in rural America and share information globally to help humanity. Research scientists and the medical providers who treat long COVID also known as post COVID condition volunteer to help educate the community to spread awareness, educate & empower folks with the knowledge to help them understand this complex chronic illness and empower them with the knowledge of the available tools and make these accessible to help support their recovery. We spread health and hope for life on land. Our regular zoom livestream meetings on social media discuss the latest findings on this chronic illness, ways to navigate the healthcare system, treatments and solutions that are available right now that are helping people. We share regularly with community outreach discussion and question and answer sessions bringing medical doctors specialists who treat LC/LV to educate and empower people who are suffering with the information that can help them understand what is happening in their body and how these symptoms are treated right now to mitigate symptoms and alleviate suffering. LCA offers health and hope through its outreach programs supporting social media to share how folks are recovering - successful treatments and solutions. Outreach and awareness helps folks understand if they may be suffering from Long COVID and what can be done about it now to get relief. Our research on nutrition, vitamins, diet, lifestyle, meditation, movement, mindfulness, complementary alternative methods and collaboration with doctors and scientists around the world is helping to accelerate getting answers. Everyone deserves equal access to the tools and information that can help them towards recovery and the providers and care that can help guide them towards recovery. Our outreach program and LC support and information line (the first of its kind) seeks to ensure that everyone especially those in rural areas and those of food and housing insecurity who struggle with their health get access to the nutrition, information and resources that are available right now to help mitigate their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Collaboration is key -- we've built partnerships for these goals between the community leaders, those affected by the condition, those caring for loved one affected, educating medical providers with the latest informationbetween listening the community members who think or have LC/LV, between the scientists, medical, corporate and academia. We listen and educate and empower patients. We hope you will help us improve quality of life for those affected by long haul covid (LC and LV). Thank you.
