Our Mission

The Nava Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing psychotherapy and training to the community, organizations, and individuals to decrease the impact of trauma and increase engagement in anti-racism.We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services and meaningful education to develop their best self and make the world a more equitable and safe space for all.
