Our Mission
We Are Tomorrow Foundation (WATF) was founded in Spanish Town, Jamaica, and has expanded to urban Los Angeles, California, two communities where poverty, underfunded schools, and limited access to resources threaten to undermine the youth of tomorrow. We believe every young person is amazing and deserves the chance to express their true selves.
Whether in USA or the Caribbean, through music, performing arts, and entertainment, we inspire positive change by pairing mentorship with creative expression—helping youth discover their talents, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
What makes WATF unique is the caliber of our mentors: Grammy Award–winning musicians, writers, and producers; celebrated vocalists; television and cable executives; studio engineers; DJs; choreographers; and stage technicians. We connect youth with community leaders, advertising designers, and brand managers, ensuring they gain real-world insights from the professionals who shape today’s creative industries.
Our programs strengthen mental health and wellness by fostering self-expression, connection, and purpose. With every donation, we are able to expand our reach, provide greater resources, and create transformative experiences that prepare tomorrow’s leaders for success.
How Your Donations Help
- $25 sponsors 1 student(s) transportation support to attend classes and event.
- $45 sponsors 1 student with Program Essentials Kit: gear bag or backpack, journal and creative tools (like app subscription, music notebooks, pens and worksheets) to support learning.
- $100 sponsors 1 Pro-led session in music, vocals, DJ, sound engineer, cameras, stage or other curriculum.
- $300 sponsors 1 professional studio or instrument session, includes curriculum and gear.
- $500 sponsors 2 studio session and workshop, or group class led by professional arts and staff.
- $1,000 sponsors 3 sessions, workshops or a youth community outreach event with professional musicians and staff.
- $1,800 sponsors 1 full day youth outreach event with games, food, music, prizes and giveaways in Spanishtown, Jamaica
- $2,500 sponsors 5 -week class series or live music presentation for a school, church or community center.
- $5,000 sponsors 1 large community event, 5 week instructional program (serving an entire class or afterschool program) with industry professionals, artists, materials, gear and live performance.
- $250 sponsors 1 workshop or masterclass with an industry expert in music or creative arts
- $400 provides 1 - 3 new instruments, DJ equipment, Studio Gear for students
