The mission of ICDC is to create a vibrant, stable, and safe South Dallas/Fair Park community by building partnerships that promote homeownership, economic development and community education. A variety of healthy, family-friendly homes businesses Homeownership opportunities for low-to-moderate income individuals and families Attractive and adequate infrastructure (e.g. – streets, sidewalks, green space, utilities, trees, etc.) that facilitate safe, sustainable environment and communities. Neighborhood activism and beautification Cultural and recreational entertainment options Preservation of the historic character of South Dallas neighborhoods Employment opportunities that provide a livable wage and benefits
