Proper Strand Lopers is a civilian non-profit organization that encourages people to voluntarily clean the environment. We provide a platform where individuals can publish their contributions. This inspires other members to clean their environment as well. By collecting and removing litter, the effort of these volunteers creates awareness about the global waste management problem.
We organize group cleanups, workshops, teambuilding activities and give presentations to extend our network of volunteers and spread our positive hands-on message.
All data provided on our platform by civilians is processed to maximize the impact of their cleanup. Each month our results are published. These reports are used to advice local governments, set up new projects and use our influence and support base on those who are fully or partly responsible for the many faces of littering. By monitoring and analyzing our data we try to tackle the source and provide a solution to littering and the plastic soup.
