To ensure we run a cost effective service not profit or target driven. We have trained specialist advisors able to offer outreach services, providing digital assistance for those residents that are without access to online services. Our advice is free, impartial and regularly updated to meet the ever changing rules of welfare benefits. And to work with the Community to help tackle the challenges that is caused by deprivation.
