TampaBay-Job-Links (TBJL) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and supportive community where people gain relevant job-search and career transition skills, helping them find employment to sustain themselves and their families. By giving people job-search and career transition guidance, building their self-confidence, helping them define their marketable worth, and minimizing barriers to employment, we prepare our clients to find meaningful work. A job is more than a paycheck – a job creates a sense of purpose, dignity, and self-esteem. We transform lives, one person and one job at a time.
