Ment’or is a nonprofit organization devoted to inspiring culinary excellence and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America.
Our mission is to enhance the careers of ambitious culinary professionals by offering them unique educational opportunities, internships, and access to a Culinary Council of esteemed mentors across the country. The most promising young professionals will also have the opportunity to represent the United States at the prestigious Bocusse d’Or competition, held in Lyon, France biennially.
