The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.Minsi Trails Council, BSA serves nearly 6,100 youth in six counties: Carbon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, and Northampton in PA, and Warren in NJ. Scouting provides time-tested programs that build character, leadership skills, and achievement in young people.
